Pricing and Payment

We have three levels of service:

1. Route Customers schedule a recurring pick-up (it can be every day, once a month, or anything in between) and give us access to their building, where laundry can be picked up and dropped off anytime without the customer needing to be present.

Route Customers are charged $1.15 per pound for wash-and-fold. Dry cleaning prices are listed below. There is a $29 minimum charge (wash-and-fold and dry cleaning combined).

2. Key Customers don't have a recurring pick-up but do give us access to their building.

Key Customers are charged $1.20 per pound for wash-and-fold. Dry cleaning prices are listed below. There is a $29 minimum charge.

3. Window Customers contact us when they want to have their clothes picked up within a scheduled one-hour window.

Window Customers are charged $1.25 per pound for wash-and-fold. Dry cleaning prices are listed below. There is a $32 minimum charge.

Dry Cleaning

We charge $4.75 for most shirts, blouses, pants, short jackets, sweaters, scarves, and vests. We charge $2.75 for ties. We charge between $8 and $10 for coats, overcoats, dresses, and raincoats depending on size. We also dry clean rugs and comforters; please ask about prices for these and any other items.

Launder and Press

We charge $1.75 for laundered shirts on hangers and $2.00 for laundered shirts boxed. We charge $3.75 for laundered pants.

Special Items

We charge a fee, in addition to weight, for large items. For comforters the fee is $10; blankets are $5. We also charge a $3 fee if you want any clothes drip-dried or dried on low temperature. We charge an extra $0.15/lb if you give us an order and ask us to separate laundry from dry cleaning rather than separating and labeling it yourself.

Please Note: We reserve the right to charge a $5 fee for a missed pick-up or delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cash, and personal checks. Payment is due upon delivery.
