Wash and Fold: place your laundry in one or more of our bags for pick-up. If you are a first-time user, put your clothes in a large bag such as a plastic trash bag and we will return it to you in one of our nylon laundry bags. Don't use a hamper please!

 

Dry Cleaning: Put any clothes for dry cleaning or wash-and-press in one of our convertible garment bags (if this is your first order or you don't have one of the special garment bags place them in a separate bag). Label the bag with the words "dry cleaning" (we will separate the launder-and-press items from the dry-cleaning items).

 

If you have any clothes which you'd like washed "delicate" or drip-dried or otherwise treated specially, place them in a separate bag and leave clear instructions for how you'd like them washed and dried.

You can either fill out our short on-line form or call or text us at (415) 816-5254. Orders must be placed by 7PM the day before pick-up.

If you are present when your clothes are dropped off, you can pay the driver with cash, check, or credit card. If you give us a credit card number, we will keep it on file for subsequent orders, unless you ask us not to. If you are not present when your clothes are dropped off, you MUST make arrangements for payment beforehand by calling or emailing us.

We pick-up laundry from 6:30AM until 10AM every weekday. We return orders every weekday, plus Saturday. ALL SATURDAY DELIVERIES ARE FROM 8:00-10:30AM.

If we have access to your building your order will be returned the day after pick-up.

 

If we picked up your laundry in a one-hour window, and you only have wash-and-fold in your order, we will return your order the day after pick-up in the same window.

 

If we we picked up your laundry in a one-hour window AND you have dry cleaning/wash-and-press in your order, your order will be returned two days after pick-up during the same window.

 

 

All dry cleaning orders picked up on Friday will be delivered back on Monday.

Yes, we will gladly give your unwanted items to San Francisco Goodwill. Clearly mark any bags for donation with "FOR DONATION, NO CLEANING"

Just schedule a pick-up during a one-hour time window and give it to the driver when she picks up.

We will drip dry clothes which are separated and labeled as such. We will treat stains if they are clearly marked with a label. If you have any other requests, please call and ask. Additional charges may apply.

For reference, a typical household washing machine holds 12-15 pounds of clothes. Returned orders have a receipt which indicates weight.
